Park City is the best kept secret in Utah. It is a home and vacation spot for famous actors all over the world, its host of the arts festival, music festival and all the ski resorts in the world. The night life is one of a kind, hidden away in the tops of the mountans. The grandeour of the mountain landscape is breathtaking.
The city has three major ski resorts: Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and The Canyons Resort. The Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts were the major locations for ski and snowboarding events at the 2002 Winter Olympics. Although they receive less snow and have a shorter ski season than do their counterparts in Salt Lake Community, such as Snowbird resort, they are much easier to access.

Additionally the city is the main location of the United States' largest independent festival, the Sundance Film Festival, home of the training center for members of numerous Ski Teams, the largest collection of factory outlet stores in northern Utah. The city has many upscale luxury national retailers, clubs, bars, and restaurants, and has nearby resivoirs, hot springs, forests, and hiking and biking trails.
